Traveler bus plunge into river

Sixteen persons were confirmed dead on Wednesday after a passenger bus plunged into a river at Rijana village on the Kaduna – Abuja Road.
In a separate accident, two persons were said to have died when a BMW car plunged into a gully near Abuja.

The incidents were confirmed by the Federal Road Safety Corps Sector Commander for Kaduna State, Olu-Mike Olagunju.

The cause of the crashes could not be confirmed as well as the number of injured persons.
